Technical Strength

SinoGaN has built 10000, 1000 and 100 class ultra clean plants in the third generation semiconductor industrial park in Shunyi District, Beijing, with high-temperature MOCVD for  LED epitaxy, MOCVD for large-size Si based GaN epitaxy, 4-inch chip lines, and various semiconductor analysis and testing equipment.


SinoGaN has a number of independent intellectual property rights and patented technologies in the field of LED, Si based GaN electronic materials and devices, covering all links of the industrial chain from epitaxial growth to chip preparation. SinoGaN provides LED products and GaN-on-Si epitaxial wafers for power electronics  devices, as well as technical services such as epitaxial wafer customization, chip OEM and semiconductor test and analysis.
